  • Hotel may use the information provided to bill you for our products and services; reservations, room service and collect outstanding debts accrued in the course of your stay such as upgrades, use of amenities that are not provided free of charge. 
  • Hotel may share your information to assist in the investigation of a contravention of law and in the case the information acts in respect of an emergency that threatens the life, health, or security of an individual.

We collect personal information about you only when you voluntarily provide it. Usually, we will seek consent for the use or disclosure of your personal information at the time of collection. In particular circumstances, consent may be sought after the information has been collected but before use (for example, when we want to use information for a purpose not previously identified).

COOKIES 

Our customers should be aware that information and data may be automatically collected through the standard operation of our internet servers and using “cookies”, the information collected in such ways is not personal information. 

Cookies are small text files a website can use to recognize repeat users, facilitate the user’s ongoing access to and use of the site and allow a site to track usage behavior and compile aggregate data that will allow content improvements and targeted advertising. Cookies are not programs that come onto a system and damage files.
